RESERVATIONS 📋
Reservations can be made online (via email or direct booking sites) or by phone. We will respond to your requests as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours.

CHECK-IN 🏨🚶
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. If you are arriving outside of check-in hours, please inform us in advance so we can arrange your welcome.
We require a valid ID to complete your registration upon arrival.

CHECK-OUT 🏃🏨
Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM to allow for room cleaning.
Late check-out is available upon request, subject to room availability, with an additional charge.

PAYMENT 💸
Payment for the stay must be made by check-out. If paying in advance, any extra charges will be added when the keys are handed over. We accept all debit or credit cards.

CANCELLATION POLICY 🚫
Cancellations will be subject to penalties as follows:

• Up to 3 days before the arrival date, no penalty will be applied, however, a €10 administration fee will be retained ;

• From 3 to 1 day before the arrival date, a penalty of 30% (the value of the deposit paid) of the total booked stay will be charged;

• In case of a "no show" or early departure, a penalty equal to 100% of the total booked stay will be charged to the credit card.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION 🔐
Personal data and any other information gathered by our company during your stay will be kept confidential and processed in accordance with privacy laws. We take necessary measures to protect and ensure the security of both paper and electronic data, with specific safeguards tailored to the nature of the data (personal, sensitive, or judicial). According to Legislative Decree 196/03, the data will only be used for the purposes of the contractual relationship, including accounting and administrative purposes.

MAIN SERVICES

• Breakfast 🥐☕
  Breakfast is served as a buffet in the designated room from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Please inform our staff in advance if you have any food allergies or intolerances.
  
  

• Swimming Pool 🏊💦
  The pool is available for guests from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Towels from the rooms may not be used at the pool; pool towels can be requested at the reception.
  The pool depth is 1.40 m throughout its length and includes a hydromassage area.
  Children under 12 years old are not allowed to use the pool unless accompanied by an adult.
  External restrooms are available near the pool area.
  Diving, breath-holding activities, and running around the pool are prohibited.
  
  

• Room Cleaning 🛏️🧹
  Room cleaning will take place if the room is vacated by 10:00 AM.
  Towels and bed linens will be replaced every 3 days (excluding departure and the day before).
  Please place your towels on the floor if you wish for them to be replaced.
  
  

• Parking 🚗🅿️
  Parking is not supervised, and while there are no significant risks, we recommend locking your vehicle.

• Electric Car Charging 🚘⚡

We offer our guests a charging service for their electric vehicles, with the option to pay directly at the property or independently through the dedicated app.

• Keys 🔑🚪
  If a key is lost, the replacement cost will be charged.
  The management is not responsible for theft or loss of items left unattended within the premises.
  
  

• Internet 💻🌐
  Free Wi-Fi is available in various areas of the agriturismo.
  
  

• Television Volume 📺🔉
  We kindly ask our guests to keep the volume of televisions and any audio systems at a level that respects the peace and harmony of the environment, especially during rest hours: from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
